Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig September. 21 1982) is a well-known American actor. Particularly, she appeared as Shannon Rutherford from ABC's Lost TV series as well as Kim Mills for the Taken Trilogy. Maggie Grace was born in Worthington in Ohio. She was kicked out of school when her parents separated to go in Los Angeles to live with her mother. Though she struggled financially, her 2001 debut was acting as Rachel's Room's principal character. In 2002 she was nominated for a Young Artist Award with her role as 15-year old murder victim Martha Moxley. Grace appeared as Shannon Rutherford on the Lost television series in 2004. The show featured her as the principal character for two seasons and won the Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace was keen to pursue film after playing opposite Tom Welling's character on The Fog, in 2005.
